Is Invoicify really free to use?

Yes! Currently, Invoicify is completely free to use with all features available. We're building our user base and will introduce premium tiers in the future. When that happens, we'll provide ample notice and current users will have the option to upgrade to access additional features.

How does the customer tracking feature work?

Our smart customer system automatically saves customer details when you create your first invoice for them. You can then quickly fetch their information using their mobile number for future invoices. The system also tracks payment status (due/paid) automatically.

Can I customize my invoices with my company branding?

Absolutely! Invoicify offers multiple professional templates that you can customize with your company logo, colors, and contact information. This ensures your invoices reflect your brand identity and maintain a consistent, professional appearance.

What types of reports can I generate?

Invoicify provides comprehensive reporting including:

  • Date-range reports for any custom period
  • Due and paid invoice summaries
  • Customer-specific transaction histories
  • Product and service performance analytics
  • Total Outstanding Transactions (TOT) reports
All reports can be downloaded as PDFs for easy sharing and record-keeping.

Is my financial data secure with Invoicify?

Can I use Invoicify on my mobile device?

How do I export my data from Invoicify?
